Yes, we carry liability insurance for every event that we do. If your venue requires that they be added to our binder, please let us know at least a week in advance so we have enough time to contact our agent and get the paperwork faxed. |

Can I Meet With You Before I Book? |
Absolutely. In fact, we insist on meeting at least once before a wedding just to make sure that everything is organized properly. Like you, we have day jobs, so evenings and weekends work best; we try to pick a meeting location that's centrally located for everyone. If you're from out of town, we'd be happy to arrange a conference call. |

Your wedding, party, or corporate event is your day, not ours. Therefore, we listen to you and follow your direction. We offer an online request list that gives you an opportunity to tag songs in the music library to give us an idea of the music that you like. We've had couples give us Excel spreadsheets with what song to play timed down to the minute. That degree of detail isn't necessary, but if that's how you like to plan, we'll go along with it. However, if things start running behind, or if the crowd isn't reacting well to your selections, we might suggest some changes to keep things moving smoothly. Our rule of thumb is to listen to you, listen to your guests, and then make our best judgment. At a minimum, we'd like to know about any special songs that will need to be played and a general timeline of the event at least 24 hours in advance so we can arrive prepared. |

What Kind of Equipment Do You Use? |
We use professional sound reinforcement equipment from companies like Mackie, JBL, Shure, and Sennheiser. If you’re not familiar with pro audio, you might not recognize some of those names, but don’t sweat it. Just rest assured that we use the right tools for the job! |

I Can't Find Some Of The Songs I Want In The Music Library |
Fill it in as a “custom” entry on the request list, and we’ll do our best to get it. Besides double-checking your spelling when searching for songs, keep in mind that our database program has a knack for stripping punctuation from artists and titles - so "It's The Same Old Song" becomes "Its The Same Old Song" or "Brooks & Dunn" becomes "Brooks Dunn" unless we go back in and edit the library by hand. Try omitting the punctuation when you search. (Then there's "Hall & Oates" vs. "Hall and Oates"... a good rule of thumb is to use the fewest search keywords to get the most results - in this case, try searching for "Oates".) |
